Divinatory Services

Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Handmade Physical Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not as described and is in its original condition, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process:
- Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear and thorough photos of the damage.
- Contact us with proof of damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will file an insurance claim with USPS (or the carrier in question) on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, you will receive a full refund.
