Focus Pocus

This week I want to share with you one of my favorite potions right now, which I’ve been using for focus and productivity. If it looks like I’ve been getting things done lately (e.g. launching a podcast), this is why!

When I’m feeling mentally overwhelmed or overstimulated, when there’s so much to do I don’t know where to start, or when I know what I need to focus on but I need that extra push to get me there, I mix one part Rosemary essential oil with two to three parts KidPower oil blend and apply it straight to my temples and inner wrists (if you’re new to using essential oils or have sensitive skin, dilute this 50% or more with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or fractionated coconut oil).

KidPower is designed to help support feelings of confidence and empowerment, and Rosemary’s invigorating aroma is known to support focus and memory.

Put ‘em together and what have you got? Focus pocus!

I made myself a little roller with this blend and I like to use it with this affirmation:

✨I refuse to let anything distract me from my goals.✨

I also decorated the top of the bottle with some fluorite chips to magically enhance the intentions of focus, clarity, and directing energy toward inspired action. (Do not add fluorite directly into the potion.)

I’ve since discovered this combo is also amazing as a diffuser blend in an office, study, or anywhere work must get done.
