Plant Magic for Shamanic Journeying

As you may already know if you’ve listened to Episode 2 of my podcast, Welcome to Magic School, Shamanic Journeying (or whatever you want to call it) is a HUGE part of my personal magical and spiritual practice.

  5. Mugwort

    I don’t use Mugwort as often because my essential oils are just so easy to reach for, but Mugwort can be burned as incense, steeped as a tea and imbibed, or stuffed into a charm bag or pillow to encourage vivid dreams and visions.
